Animus Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Every Animus system is built to order, validated by hand, and shipped only after passing our full stability and performance checks. Because of this bespoke process, our refund and return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both you and the time invested in each build.

This page explains when refunds apply, how returns work, and what to expect if something goes wrong.

Order Cancellations

Before Build Begins
If you cancel before we start assembling your system, you’ll receive a full refund.

After Build Has Started
Once component preparation or assembly has begun, cancellations may incur a restocking fee to cover:

  • Time spent on assembly
  • Any components that can no longer be returned to suppliers

We’ll always be upfront about any costs before processing the cancellation.

Refunds for Completed Systems

Because every Animus PC is built to order, refunds on completed systems are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The system arrives damaged
  • The system is not as described
  • A major fault occurs within the first 30 days

In these cases, we will either:

  • Repair the system
  • Replace the system
  • Or issue a refund if repair/replacement is not possible

We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Returns

To request a return:

  • Contact us at animuscustomgamingpcs@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your system.
  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return label if applicable.

Return Conditions

Returned systems must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all accessories, cables, and packaging
  • Not show signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty Systems

If your system develops a fault within the first 30 days:

  • We will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you
  • If the system cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be offered

After 30 days, faults are covered under your Animus Warranty (detailed on the Aftercare page).

Change of Mind

Because each PC is custom‑built, change‑of‑mind returns are not accepted once the system has been assembled.

We encourage customers to contact us before ordering if they need help choosing the right tier or configuration.

Refund Processing Time

Once a return is approved and the system is inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method

We’ll notify you as soon as your refund has been issued.

Shipping Costs

If a system is faulty or not as described, return shipping is covered by us.

For other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
