Animus Shipping Policy

Overview

Every Animus system is built to order with care, precision, and full validation. Because of this, shipping timelines reflect both the craftsmanship involved and our commitment to delivering a machine that’s been properly tested, not rushed out the door.

This policy explains how we handle processing times, delivery options, packaging, and what you can expect once your build is complete.

Build & Processing Times

  • Standard Build Time: 3–7 working days depending on the tier and component availability.
  • Full Validation: Every system undergoes thermal checks, stability testing, and game‑ready verification before dispatch.
  • Delays: If any component issues arise (e.g., DOA parts, stock delays), we’ll contact you immediately with options.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship within the UK using trusted couriers such as DPD, Royal Mail Special Delivery, or UPS, depending on system size and insurance requirements.

  • Tracked & Insured: All systems are shipped fully tracked and insured for their full value.
  • Signature Required: To protect your investment, all deliveries require a signature upon arrival.
  • Delivery Time: Typically 1–2 working days once dispatched.

Packaging & Protection

Your Animus PC is packaged using:

  • Rigid double‑walled boxes
  • Internal foam bracing or Instapak (depending on case)
  • Anti‑static protection
  • Internal GPU/CPU bracing where required

We pack systems the same way we’d want ours to arrive — secure, protected, and ready to go.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • System weight
  • Insurance value
  • Delivery location

We don’t inflate shipping prices — you pay what we pay.

Order Tracking

Once your system ships, you’ll receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email
  • A tracking number
  • Courier updates directly from the delivery provider

You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the box and any visible damage immediately.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours with images and your order number.

We’ll handle the courier claim and arrange repair or replacement as needed.

If a shipment is lost, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

At this time, Animus ships within the UK only.

International shipping may be added in the future as we scale.
