Warranty Coverage
- 12-month limited hardware warranty from date of purchase
- Covers manufacturing defects in CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, PSU, Case, Fans and Motherboard
- Does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or software issues
- Windows activation is not covered under warranty unless a licence was purchased directly from Animus.
User Upgrades & Case Access
Opening the case or upgrading components does not void your warranty. Animus Custom Gaming PC's supports user maintenance and upgrades, including adding RAM, installing additional storage, swapping GPUs, and general cleaning.
However, the warranty does not cover any damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or handling of internal components. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Bent CPU pins
- Damaged motherboard slots
- Short circuits caused by improper installation
- Damage from forced components or incorrect cables
- Overclocking-related failures
- Liquid damage
- Removal of essential cooling hardware
If a fault occurs that is unrelated to user modifications, your warranty remains fully valid.
